Alexandra Shipp
Alexandra Shipp's character in Twentieth Century Fox's X-Men directed by Bryan Singer, is that of the mohawked superheroine 'Storm.' Shipp is portrayed as a younger version of Storm (originally performed by Halle Berry). Willing to make the character a hero and unique, she puts her own version of 'Storm' the character that many media outlets have praised it as the "breakout" star of the film. Shipp reprised her role of "Storm," in the sequel film X-Men Dark Phoenix. Shipp, Nick Robinson and the Fox 2000 movie Love, Simon, an adolescent story based off the young adult book Simon Versus the Homo Sapien Agenda, co-starred. Spinning Man, a psychological thriller based upon George Harrar's novel, also had Shipp. Later in the year, she played major roles in dramas like A Dog's Way home, Shaft and Jexi.
